Review Tab Screen

The Review tab screen is designed for entry and display of comments attached to a catalogue record and the entry of brief annotation data used to describe the catalogue item on the FIRST web interface.

A summary list of all comments associated with the catalogue record is displayed in the summary window at the bottom of the Review tab screen.

Highlight and double click on a record in the summary window to view the associated comment details. Use [Shift-click] and [Ctrl-click] to multi-select records displayed in the summary window.

Highlight and right mouse click on a comment record displayed in the summary window to view associated patron details, add, edit and delete comments, search comments, email the commentator and wrap text display.

Highlight and right mouse click on the comment summary window at the bottom of the Review tab screen and select Expand View to view comments in a new window.

Click on the column name header to toggle sort the selected column in ascending and descending order.

Drag column header margins to adjust the width of each column displayed in the summary window.
