Searching for Funds

  1. Select SEARCH>Budget. The Search Budget screen is displayed

  2. Select the field you want to search from the Where: pop-up list

WHERE: field list option

Meaning

Fund_Name

Name of the fund. For example, 2006-7 Monographs

Created_By

Initials of person who created the fund. For example, SN

Date_Start

Date the fund becomes active. Select a date from the calendar popup list

Date_End

Date the fund cease to be active. Select a date from the calendar popup list

Type

Type of fund. For example, ‘Library’, ‘Patron’, ‘Other’. Select an option from pop-up list

User_Name

Patron name associated with the fund. Only applicable where Type = ‘Patron’

I.Invoice_No

Invoice number associated with a Revenue Fund

I.Status

Status of invoice. For example, ‘Paid’, ‘Not Paid’. Select an option from pop-up list

O.Order_No

Order number associated with an Expenditure Fund

O.Status

Status of order. For example, ‘On order’, ‘Received’. Select an option from pop-up list

  1. Enter search criteria in the criteria text box

  2. Click SEARCH

  3. The Budget Search Results screen is displayed

  4. Double click on item to display the full Budget record
